RPM

Indoor cycling program. Provides a simple quick way of burning calories. Improves heart & lung fitness increases strength & endurance.

BODYATTACK

Sports inspired cardio workout that builds strength and & stamina. Designed to cater to a wide range of fitness levels & ages.

HIGHLOW

High/low aerobics classes consist of a traditional dance-inspired routine. With low-impact aerobics, you always have one foot on the floor — you don’t do any jumping or hopping. High-impact aerobics moves at a slower pace, but you jump around a lot.

STEP

Powerful combinations on and off the step that will improve heart and lung condition and will elevate your mood. Burns calories, tones, shapes, improves movement coordination.

PILATES

The program focuses on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and which are essential to providing support for the spine. In particular, Pilates exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and aim to strengthen the deep torso muscles.

BOOTCAMP

The workout moves quickly, taking you from one exercise to the next with little or no rest.  Take breaks when you need to, but try to keep your heart rate up. Boot camp workout leads you through minimum 10 high intensity strength and cardio exercises designed to challenge your strength and endurance while burning lots of calories

KICK BOXING

Martial arts style cardio workout to help you develop a strong mind and body connection. Learn proper technique for punches and kicks while ramping up your fitness level to increase cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, core integration and flexibility.

ZUMBA

Fast and easy dance moves and steps. Using salsa merengue reggaton samba hip-hop, the absolute dance workout. Burns calories, tones and shapes.

ABT

Toning/strength program. Static and dynamic exercises with body weight. Focus on exercises for Abs, Butts and thighs. Includes easy warm up and simple stretch out.

YOGA

Cooperation of body, breathing and mind concentration in exercising as well as in everyday life. Physical and well being.

TRX

Use of special bands for results in strength–balance–muscle hypertrophy.

ABS

A 30 minute abdominal class where most newcomers witness improvement in abdominal tone within weeks. Learn to condition the abdominal muscles more effectively by directly targeting them and by working the abs from a variety of angles. Remember core strength is the key to functional strength and a healthy back. Included easy warm up and simple stretch out.

BALL

Strength training and toning in a different way. We use fit ball for the exercises which also increase your balance which can help you a lot in your daily life. Included easy warm up and a simple stretch out.

KIDS

Program for children aged 6-12. The child has fun, at the same time exercise becomes part of its life.
